For an accurate overview of orders and cancellation, the controlling expectation is that an order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, returns and exchanges are handled under the Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
